Accessing Your Matches​

  1. Click AI Matches in the main navigation
  2. View your personalized recommendations
  3. Each match displays:
    • Match title and description
    • Relevance score (0-100%)
    • Match type (Project, Conference, Survey)
    • Key details and requirements

Filtering Matches​

By Match Type​

  • All Matches - See everything
  • Projects - Research collaboration opportunities
  • Conferences - Academic events
  • Surveys - Research participation requests

By Relevance Score​

Set minimum relevance threshold:

  • Drag the slider to set minimum score
  • Higher threshold = fewer but more relevant matches
  • Recommended: 60% or higher

By Date​

  • Recent - Last 7 days
  • This Month - Last 30 days
  • All Time - Everything

By Subject Area​

Filter by your research interests:

  • Select specific subject areas
  • Multiple selections allowed
  • Matches any selected area

Project Matches​

  • Project title and description
  • Principal investigator
  • Institution(s)
  • Required expertise
  • Time commitment
  • Joining deadline
  • Team size

Conference Matches​

  • Conference name and theme
  • Location and dates
  • Submission deadlines
  • Paper tracks relevant to you
  • Past attendance statistics

Survey Matches​

  • Survey purpose
  • Target audience
  • Time estimate
  • Anonymity status
  • Closing date

Interacting with Matches​

View Details​

Click on any match to see:

  • Full description
  • Detailed requirements
  • Contact information
  • How to proceed

Save for Later​

Click the Save icon to:

  • Bookmark interesting matches
  • Review later
  • Access from "Saved Matches"
  • Organize your interests

Hide Match​

Click Hide if not interested:

  • Removes from your feed
  • Helps AI learn your preferences
  • Won't appear again
  • Improves future recommendations

Apply or Join​

For interesting matches:

  • Click Express Interest (Projects)
  • Click Register (Conferences)
  • Click Take Survey (Surveys)

Refreshing Matches​

Get new recommendations:

  • Click Refresh Matches
  • Updates based on your current profile
  • Finds recently posted opportunities
  • Automatic daily refresh
