Managing Matches

Organize your AI match recommendations and provide feedback to improve future suggestions.

Saved Matches​

Viewing Saved Matches​

  1. Go to AI Matches
  2. Click Saved tab
  3. View all bookmarked opportunities
  4. Sort by date saved or relevance

Managing Saved Items​

  • Review when you have time
  • Compare multiple opportunities
  • Remove if no longer interested
  • Take action when ready

Hidden Matches​

Why Hide Matches?​

  • Not interested in the opportunity
  • Topic not relevant
  • Wrong experience level
  • No time available
  • Teaches AI your preferences

View Hidden Matches​

  1. Go to AI Matches
  2. Click Hidden tab
  3. Review previously hidden items
  4. Unhide if you change your mind

Match History​

Track Your Activity​

View your match interaction history:

  • Matches viewed
  • Matches saved
  • Matches hidden
  • Projects joined from matches
  • Surveys completed

Analytics​

  • Total matches received
  • Average relevance score
  • Most common match types
  • Success rate

Providing Feedback​

Improve Recommendations​

Help AI learn by:

  • Saving relevant matches
  • Hiding irrelevant ones
  • Joining recommended projects
  • Completing matched surveys

Rate Match Quality​

After joining a project from matches:

  1. Rate the match accuracy
  2. Provide optional feedback
  3. Help improve the system

Managing Notifications​

Match Alerts​

Control when you're notified:

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications
  2. Find AI Matches section
  3. Choose frequency:
    • Real-time (immediate)
    • Daily digest
    • Weekly summary
    • Off

Notification Threshold​

Set minimum relevance for alerts:

  • Only high-relevance matches (85%+)
  • Good matches (70%+)
  • All matches (60%+)

Organizing Matches​

Custom Tags (Coming Soon)​

Tag matches for organization:

  • High priority
  • Maybe later
  • Needs discussion
  • Funding required

Export Matches​

Download your matches:

  • Export to CSV
  • Share with collaborators
  • Archive for records
