  2. Filter by Projects
  3. Review matches with relevance scores
  4. Click to view project details

Browse Projects

  1. Click Projects > Browse
  2. Search by keywords
  3. Filter by:
    • Subject area
    • Institution
    • Project stage
    • Experience level
  4. Sort by relevance or date

Before requesting to join, review:

  • Project Description - Understand the purpose
  • Objectives - Know what's being researched
  • Requirements - Check if you qualify
  • Timeline - Ensure availability
  • Team - See current members
  • Commitment - Time and effort needed

Requesting to Join

Submit Join Request

  1. Click Request to Join
  2. Write a message explaining:
    • Your relevant expertise
    • Why you're interested
    • What you can contribute
    • Your availability
  3. Attach relevant documents (CV, publications)
  4. Click Submit Request

What Happens Next

  • Project leader receives your request
  • They review your profile
  • You receive notification of decision
  • If accepted, gain access to project

  • Project leaders who found your profile
  • Colleagues' recommendations

To Respond:

  1. Go to Notifications
  2. Find project invitation
  3. Review project details
  4. Click Accept or Decline
  5. Add message if declining

After Joining

Get Started

Once you join a project:

  1. Introduce yourself to the team
  2. Review project documents
  3. Check the Kanban board for tasks
  4. Join the team chat
  5. Attend orientation meeting

If you need to leave:

  1. Go to project page
  2. Click Options (•••)
  3. Select Leave Project
  4. Provide reason (optional)
  5. Confirm
